Service Description

Complete Mediation Package is a structured online mediation pathway for people who want to work through conflict with support, preparation and follow-up. This package includes: • Two private 1:1 preparation sessions • One full joint mediation session • One follow-up session to review progress and next steps The private 1:1 sessions happen first. Each person gets their own space to explain what is going on, what feels difficult, what they need, what they are worried about and what they hope might change. These sessions help prepare everyone before the full mediation session. They also help me understand the situation, check whether mediation is suitable and make sure the process feels safe, balanced and useful. The full mediation session brings everyone together online. I guide the conversation, help keep it calm and fair, and support each person to speak, listen and understand what needs to happen next. This is not counselling, legal advice, or a space where I decide who is right or wrong. Mediation is about helping people talk properly when things feel stuck, messy, painful, tense, or hard to say out loud. This package works well for: • relationship conflict • family tension • friendship difficulties • polycule or open relationship dynamics • kink-aware relationship issues • boundary conversations • communication breakdowns • breakups or relationship changes • practical agreements after conflict The follow-up session gives space to check in after mediation. You can review what was agreed, talk through what has shifted and decide whether anything needs adjusting. All sessions are held online by video call. Queer, kink, poly, open relationship and alternative family structures are welcome and understood. You do not need to spend half the session explaining your life before we get to the useful bit. The focus is consent, respect, clarity and finding a way forward that feels workable.
