The Human Bit
Queer. Bear. ADHD. Sex positive. Listener. Mediator. Chaos goblin.
I’m Lee, FuzzyCub online and Fuzz to my mates.
This site brings together the things that shaped me: queer life, ADHD, sex positivity, community, support work and the messy bits people often struggle to say out loud.
Listening
My work with Samaritans has shaped how I listen.
It has taught me the value of sitting with someone without rushing them, judging them, fixing them, or making their pain smaller.
Sometimes people do not need a speech, a solution, or a lecture. Sometimes they need space to say the thing out loud and feel heard.
Mediation
I am a qualified mediator with experience supporting difficult conversations, conflict, boundaries and repair.
Mediation is about slowing things down, making space for each person to speak and helping people understand what is being said underneath the noise.
It is calm, structured and practical. Beige trousers remain optional.
What shaped me
Lived Experience
I bring lived experience of queer life, ADHD, kink-aware spaces, sex positivity, poly and open relationship dynamics and non-traditional communities.
That matters because support often works better when people do not have to explain their whole existence before they get to the issue.
I know what it feels like to be outside the default setting.
Support should not make you explain your whole existence first
Too many people avoid support because they worry they will be judged, misunderstood, pathologised, or forced to translate their life into something more “acceptable”.
That hits queer people, neurodivergent people, kink-aware communities, poly and open relationships, sex workers, non-traditional families and anyone who has learned to edit themselves before asking for help.
My work sits in that gap.
I care about making conversations safer, clearer and more human, especially for people who rarely see themselves reflected in traditional support spaces.
What I offer now
ADHD Coaching
Practical online ADHD support for overwhelm, routines, emotional load, time blindness, task paralysis and building systems around your actual life.
This is for people who feel constantly behind, stuck, scattered, exhausted, or tired of advice that starts with “try harder”.
And yes, there is still chaos
FuzzyCub is still blogs, travel, sex-positive stories, Rosebay weekends, queer spaces, sweary gifts and whatever questionable life choice becomes content next.
The serious work and the silly bits come from the same place: honesty, curiosity, community and giving people room to be fully human.
